L34 was at E20's qtrs, L31 was at the Fire Brigade (normally cross staffed) & L36 was at E55's qtrs. The Marine Unit was relocated to the Charles River Dam. RIT Chiefs were NOT assigned on boxes, nor was the Marine Unit. Mutual Aid availability was reduced from 5/2 to 2/1. Dive Unit was staffed with 4 divers & placed at E20's qtrs. 8 Two person "Delta Cars" were placed in service (D3 at HQ, D4 & D5 at E55, D6 & D7 at E53, D8 at E52, D9 at E9 & D10 at E41) to maintain a FD presence at downed wires without tying up frontline companies for an extended period.
