Nice to see the redesigned web site from them, let's hope they keep it updated and keep improving it. I also hope they are serious about making changes would love to see them come out of the past 10-15 years of making doing business with them difficult. Still beleive in my mind they are one of if not the best built trucks around.
I sold them for a short time about 8 years ago, dealer and company issues made selling almost impossible. Had a demo aerial sold as long as it was delivered to MI from NJ within 5 weeks, would you beleive they couldn't make it happen! The department moved on to the next bidder and has since purchased 4 apparatus from them including three pumpers and a heavy rescue. In addition we had a mini-pumper and platform sold as long as we could turn specs and drawings around in under 4 weeks. Both times they didn't get it done and the dept's moved on, oh well you can't win them all and obviously sometimes even when you win them you still loose. Oh well I still love them.
