The future - the department is very close to finalizing a purchase of a used engine. In addition, the department is acquiring a Ford pick up which will be used as both a EMS first responder and brush truck.

THEY HAVE THE BRUSH TRUCK NOW. I FORGOT TO GET THE INFO THOUGH. THEY ALSO HAVE AN EX- CHARLOTTESVILLE Seagrave ENGINE WHICH SHOULD BE LETTERED NEXT WEEK. THEY HOPE TO HAVE IT IN SERVICE BY THE END OF THE MONTH BUT IT PROBABLY ISN'T GOING TO MAKE IT.
