KME offered a  five year warranty where the other big manufacturer would only give two.  I was very impressed with the staff at the factory as they stopped the assembly to make a change when we were doing a final on one of our three pumps.  Its funny how people hated our previous manufacturer until we got KME and then the old manufacturer became the Rolls Royce of fire trucks.
