Ed, don't forget Donora's open cab, I believe it is a 1979? I'm sure Pat or Doc S can confirm that.
As far as when it left #5, I know Wall ran a Pirsch custom cab engine and the xFDNY Mack Telesqurt, and I don't think the station was large enough to fit three pieces, but maybe all three were in there at one time. Wall always had something smaller sitting outside too. As far as I know, I started following everything in 1998 and the open cab was always at Wall.
