I thought the same thing when  I shot it in Florida years ago.  It ran first out from a station in a large rural territory that had a small town nearby.  They needed a rig that could do almost everything.

Well that explains it. Thanks for the info. Now off to Meadville for the State Firemans Convention. Sun should be out all week.
