Look at the cab doors.  On all E-One cabs except the Sentry, the doors overlap the cab side, but on the Sentry, the doors are flush.  On the other models, there is a radius curve on the door that parrallels the wheelwell.  On the Sentry, that same area is made of two angular lines.
