I wonder how serious Spartan is about not selling to Rosenbauer considering Ft. Worth got 3 or 4 this year.

 

Very serious. Last year, Rosenbauer lost what was going to be a very lucrative deal because the customer insisted that it must be a Spartan chassis, and in the 11th hour, Spartan declined to sell to Rosenbauer (again).  In the end, both parties lost out on the deal...
