Most participants will come to Millbrook High School between 0900-1300 for clean-up, judging, etc.  It's not required, and some will go straight to line-up in the city between 1300-1630.  Step-off is at 1730, and follows the route seen on this map:  http://thebloom.com/wp-content/uploads/2...015-v2.pdf
