I think I can answer the unknown photographer on this, the Ladder, and the Scope, all photographed at the Hershey Parade, back in the early 90's by myself. I am at work and would have to look through my slides but I am 99% positive they are mine. Not sure why I am patting myself on the back for parade photos, but I think I posted those on centralpafire back a couple years ago in a LONG central pa relics type thread.
