Huntington Engine 1 "One Department, One Mission"

This truck is the result of a cancelled contract of Fire and Rescue protection between the city and the County. The Engine was spec'd and built while the contract was still good, and paid for through County funds as an agreement to replace the primary rig every so many years, in exchange for coverage. This was built with Fire, Rescue, and EMS response in mind, covering a wide area. By the time the truck was delivered, the longstanding contract had been cancelled, and the city bought the truck from the County.
