The ambulance company I used to work for bought 2 of the Freightliner/Medic Master (ALF) ambulances from Santa Ana, they have been ok so far as far as maintenance is concerned and what not. They rode pretty nice and the 6 speed transmission was nice for highway travel fuel consumption, they left the status button panel in it which created a lot of questions concerning what it may have been used for (we all operate on radios out here still for everything). It was great when we started cleaning them up and found copious amounts of sand in the suspension and brake system
