The Sterling VFC in Loudoun County had a Javelin and as stated in a previous post had the same issues in the snow. I had heard that they even had issues getting in backed into their Station during snow/ice conditions due to their ramp going up to get into the Bay. They sent it back to Pierce at some point and I believe had it changed to a rear wheel drive. I don't know what the cost was, but it stayed around for a few more years running as Wagon 11. From there I think it went across sea's for the government.
