The next Syracuse Rescue was a heavy-duty looking brute indeed . Constructed by Saulsbury on an International Paystar 5070 4WD chassis, it had a walk-through body, a 17kW direct-drive generator, and a 20,000-lb. front winch with a detachable A-frame.
