Those are all Cal OES engines.  The state has a fleet of Type 1s, Type 3s, water tenders and USAR rigs and provides them to local agencies under the provision that they man them and respond to strike team assignments and whatnot.  I'm guessing they all staged at the Burbank station then responded as a group.
