Now that you mention it, I'm not sure by looking at the photo. I'll have to ask some of my contacts there. It might be the angle of the picture and the fact they had it backed up on the sidewalk.

  

Are the rear wheels on this truck offset? It looks like the front rear is closer to the edge of the truck and the rear is set closer to the frame? Maybe it's just the angle, can't tell and was just curious.

It's backed up onto the curb and the suspension is compressed, making it look like its offset.
