Geez, I remember when they were converting this from a Mobile Library from the Glendale Library.  My Dad and I had donated a Police Call Freq Directory to the Dept, after seeing they had no reference books aboard yet.  All my prints/slides of this rig are long gone.  Thanks for posting.
