Doing a drive-by since I haven't been here in some time. Had trouble logging into the website many times over the past few years but happened to get in today. The '63 is still on the road! Got out a number of times in 2024 and the 2025 events start this coming weekend with the Apple Blossom Festival Firefighters Parade in Winchester, VA on Friday May 2nd. The Galaxie got a new fuel pump this past week, and an oil change, tires rotated, new battery, and the brakes checked recently too. Detailing this week and hoping for nice weather for the ride north. Here's a photo from the ODHFS Annual Muster in Farmville, VA in October 2024. That's a '39 GMC COE fire engine next to the car. Recent restoration that took about 14 years and is absolutely stunning! The engine was ordered by and used in Gordonsville, VA back in the day.
