This rig never served with Glen Burnie, MD. Westbrook lived in Dundalk, MD which is in eastern Baltimore Co. It's most likely that Westbrook purchased something to place on this rig at a fire flea market which formerly belonged to Glen Burnie. The Glen Burnie VFD, which is Anne Arundel Co. Sta.33 did have a 1970's WLF ultra-vision 4 door cab rig that was owned by the county, but not the rig pictured here.
