Richmond, KY is a career department operating from four stations.  My first stop was Station 1, which had empty bays.  Next was Station 3, but the quint was gone.  On to Station 2, but Engine 2 was not there.  I passed by Station 1 on the way to Station 4, still empty.  Finally, Engine 4 was home.  They didn't have a clue where everyone else was.
