Additional info on that Springfield rig (I always liked the looks of this rig):
1961 Ford F-600/Pirsch, semi-cab, 750 GPM, referred to as the "puddle jumper", short-wheelbase, windshield glass and frame unusual in that type used on custom Pirsch apparatus, Pirsch ser. no. PG-64, ordered 12/20/60, 2QLD75-3 pump, driveway delivery 6/21/61. Sold to a private individual outside of Washington, DC.
Anybody seen this rig lately ?
