As John Malecky said years ago in "Fire Service Digest", here are a couple of "Tillers with a Twist".
This is a 1967 IH V-model tractor hooked to a 1940 85' Pirsch which was put in service by the Franklin FC in Chambersburg,PA. in 1976 and was replaced in 1988.It originally beloged to the Junior Hose and Truck CO. of Chambersburg.

If that is the truck that I think it is, it was yellow in its first life. And, if it is that truck, it has an 82' aerial, truncated to fit in the very short house. When I visited their station many years ago, the back wall was completely dented in because they had to touch the back wall with the tip of the aerial to close the bay door. Same truck?
