You may be thinking of old Foam 10. It was on a Mack MR or MC COE chassis, and I believe it had no pump.



I think it was a former ARCO rig, donated to LACoFD. There is a huge ARCO refinery in the Carson/Dominguez area (127's & 10's first-in area).
