You are correct that is peabodys Seagrave it said peabody on the side.... my good friend here mixed up the pics..... the other open cab ALF is from an unknown department.... but that is its aerial ladder on the ground which if you look closely it was basically choped off at the base.. shame no matter who the truck belongs to....
