The 11 Area C Verdugo cities have come together to form a Reigon wide USAR Task Force, Southern California is eartquake country so therefore lots of cities are equipping and training themselves with USAR tools and tactics its almost known that when the big one hits that the county and city will be to busy handling incidents in there area
