Scott,
Info on the Hellam Mack:
1952 Mack A-series, full cab, city service ladder truck, 200/200, completely enclosed sides, rounded rear fenders, large spotlights behind cab, originally in service at Collingdale #1 (Delaware County, PA), replaced in 1969 and traded into the Seagrave dealer. Sold to Hellman (York County, PA).
I find like this is what makes this hobby so much fun. Al & I stumbled upon this find last year when we saw a picture of this rig at Hellman. Frank Boyd had provided a B&W picture of this at Collingdale a couple of months before I saw the Hellman picture. It stuck in the back of my mind (foggy area of course). Never knew where it went after it left Collingdale. They say a picture is worth a 1000 words - you don't say !
