The outriggers on the front of the trailer don't allow for jacking the tractor. The forward screws would hit the tractor running boards. They don't pull out far at all. Newark, DE had a similar ladder from 1971-1987, and was set up identically. With hydraulic jacks, I think you could angle the tractor some, but still not much.
