Most of Jeff's Elkins slides were taken in 1998, including the rescue, which obviously had a "1/2 story" added to it at some point. That area has seen some massive highway upgrading, including the "Corridor H" Interstate project.
When I visited EFD in 1983, the rescue was yellow, and besides the previously mentioned older rigs, there was also a IH Loadstar/American tanker which I only have a poor dupe slide of. (same with the 84 IH/Pierce eng.)
