Ford C Series Chassis Fire Apparatus

Celoron, NY had this Ford C snorkel unit. The info on the slide also states "Mayville, NY' and capacities of 1000/400/55'. Can anyone clarify?

Celoron is at the southern end of Chautauqua Lake, Mayville is at the north end, about 15 miles away. I don't recognize the background as any place in Celoron, so maybe the shot was taken in Mayville.
