Well, a little friendly info doesn't hurt. Everyone speeds a little, even if you don't notice it. He's just saying, watch your speed in that area. Now to his "sneeky *&$@^$!" comment... that's uncalled for and he deserves to get bashed for that comment by fellow LE on this board!
