A quick and somewhat unscheduled stop at the Loudoun County Volunteer Rescue Squad allowed me to photograph Squad 13 (thank you Tech. Smith and Lt. Snowden). I originally photographed this rescue not long after it was first delivered back in 1992.
Squad 13 is a 1992 E\-One Cyclone TC with serial number 9759.
Squad 13 will be replaced in the near future, and although I don't believe a contract has been officially signed yet, let's just say that Pierce has been the new fire truck manufacturer of choice for Loudoun purchases recently. The Loudoun County government will purchase the new squad. As a result, the plans for the 1992 E- One is to have that squad become a county reserve.
