CCRS, that's partially correct. While the Arrow XT purchased (which is the only Arrow XT in the Lynchburg fleet) was a demo, it wasn't specifically built for LAFD (wrong shade of red for one thing). It was simply a stock demo. It is true about the two wrecked engines being mated together after they struck one another responding to an incident.
