Alexandria, VA Fire Department

I am in DC on one of my severall times a year trip to town. I had planned to only shoot Pierce rigs, especially focusing on Rescue Engines (in the next few weeks look for shots from Mount Pleasant WI, Zion, IL, and Libertyville, MD and a whole bunch from PA I will be taking on Monday and Tuesday next week) but I had to do my tour of Alexandria stations my first full day in town. I stopped by the City shops to see what was there and I got as many shots as I can (not great but I will post those over the next week or so).



So I was walking around and came up on the rear corner of the shop area and I found the flatbed pickup that Limeguy had earlier posted. I started to get a shot when I noticed something hooked up to the rear of it.



An interesting find is this Combat Support Products Alpha Class Foam Firefighting duel tote trailer. The monitor is a TFT. The companies website has a few photos of the delivery and say the rig is set up for ethanol.
