There is a lot of apparatus between the two airports - Dulles and Reagan. If the unit number ends in an even number, it runs at Dulles. Odd number runs at Reagan.
I think I can safely say I have never been to a bigger station (in terms of apparatus) than Station 302, which is near the Air and Space Smithsonian. There are 11 drive through bays - bays 1 - 6 are on the left side and house all of the Foam crash trucks and the Battalion Chief. Bays 7 - 11 operate the engine company, medic units, and specialty units. Seperating bays 1-6 and 7-11 is the living quarters, training, offices, etc.
Foam 326 is a 2001 Oshkosh TI-3000 2000/3000/400 with 500 lbs of Purple K. s/n 73224. This is one of two 2001 Oshkosh crash trucks at Dulles.
