Since I am not an authority on ALF rigs, while looking up some info in Walt McCall's recent ALF book "100 Years of American LaFrance" low and behold at top of page 110 in the color gallery is a photo of the Williamsport, Pa rig. The proper model ALF is Pioneer II Super Chief Junior Pumper.
I would still be interested in information about Ambridge's x-Farmington ALF served another dept prior to Farmington or if it was new to them.
