This was a first for me.....I had to use a ladder to photograph a fire truck.
Taylor Goodman - you might recall our conversations we had about the need at times for a small ladder when photographing fire apparatus. I never felt the need....until I wanted to get photos of Engine 12. When the engine was set up for photos, I would have had some nice ones showing a good part of the under carriage looking up. This one is tall, and combine that with the slope of the road behind the station, I was having some problems.
I just flat out asked the guys if I could borrow a small step ladder, and sure enough, one was readily available. It really allowed me to get a better angle on the photos. I thought about you Taylor on this one <img src='http://www.firepics.net/groupboards/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/rolleyes.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='' />
