Crash 12 from Fort Pickett had recently returned from a rehab.....in a different color.
The Army had the truck rehabed by Crash Recue Equipment Service in Dallas, Texas. One small problem occurred, it left painted lime and returned red and white. The color change was not suppose to happen (as I was told). The decision was made to keep it in its new colors of red and white.
