It looks like Philadelphia took delivery of five of these units in 1950. They were all 65 footers. The other 3 went to L-17, L-20 and L-30. Unless - of course, this unit was re-numbered and re-assigned later in it's career.
They also took delivery of 4 85' tillers and 4 100' tillers in 1950. All were open cabs.[/quote]
