The basket would leak down after sitting for long periods of time. No big deal just start it up and turn on the aerial power and it would level back out. Considering the pic was taken at Western Branch (Were it lived most of its life <img src='http://www.firepics.net/groupboards/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/wink.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='
' /> ) and the date on the pic it was waiting around for a new motor. 4 rebuilds, 2 motors, and 1 Radiator later the Tower actually ran well its last 2 years in Dale City.
