I think you guys are confusing the R/T trim package with the SRT-8 Charger. The SRT-8 is the $60,000 Charger, but this one is a run of the mill Charger police package that someone added the hood, exhaust tips from an SRT-8 onto like Maxim has indicated. That little lip spoiler isn't what comes on either an R/T or an SRT-8...I think it belongs to the V-6 appearance package.
Whether it's a take home that an officer has done up, or the Sheriff had a few extra bucks in the traffic enforcement budget it's a great looking ride.
