One is in South America, one is privately owned in Mass., one was for sale with engine issues on eBay in Tenn a few months back, and they still have the wide body pumper. There are no signs they plan to dispose of that truck unless something catastrophic would happen to it from a mechanical perspective. The rumor is that there are SO many people lined up to try and purchase it from them that even if it had mechanical issues and they let it go, someone who still probably pay handsomely for it....and Montvale, FD would be laughing all the way to the bank. I have driven by a number of times, and never found anyone home. While this obviously doesn't pertain to all their members, they seem to have a reputation for not being that friendly.

Thats what they get for not buying East Coast Made Fire Trucks..... Im sure if a Volunteer Fire Company out on the West Coast had a Fleet of Hahns and Maxims, they would be in the same boat.
