Perfect and thanks for the explanation. Does Arlington run 2 truck companies? If not, which one came first, the 95' ladder tower or the 110' rear mount?
Thanks in advance.
Yes in short-
The 95' E\-One Hurricane rear mount ladder tower (32-46) was first in 1993; replacing a 1960? Ford C/ Seagrave 100' mid- mount aerial (which can be seen in the NYS Oldies thread under "Roosevelt") which was at Sta. 5 (Croft Corners) at the time and sold to Roosevelt FD in Dutchess Co following delivery in 1994.
This purchase moved "Da olde Truck 3", a 1972 Seagrave K series 100' RM originally at HQ ( which can also be seen in the NYS Oldies thread under "Arlington".. thanks Ron!) to Station 5. (Also of note Truck 3 was the first piece of apparatus I ever took a ride in, at age 4 ... LOL <img src='http://www.firepics.net/groupboards/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='

The 1997 110' E\-One Hurricane then came along which replaced Truck 3 (which is no where to be found ATT) and was stationed to Croft Corners and is still there today.
Currently we are in committee for the replacement of 32-46 (the 93 E\-One).... It will be sweet without a doubt... and possibly the flagship to a "color change".. LOL!
.. don't worry- it'll still be red! Sorry Ron!
Thanks in advance.
