Truckwork was correct, Juergen was more correct. The fire company had a 1987 Lance and the refurb was built to match it, but the original chassis design was that of an Arrow. The Lance cab is a split-tilt design, the Arrow is a fixed cab. The Arrow moulding on the cab sides give it away. A glider refurb usually means that the former rig's mechanical componants, such as the motor, transmission, pump and rear axle are used, but about everything else is new.
