They also use the Mac lifts for neonatal calls too, it lifts the isolette that is mounted onto a cot frame. they get very heavy and usually exceed 400 lbs fully equipped.. It has a pullout portion that folds out and they you can lower it and use it. Not sure what the capacity is however.
