Though the weather was getting bad, my luck definitely didn't run out at this station! I'd visited this station back in October of 2008 hoping to get pictures of a truck that I'd heard about, but nobody was at home. Well, the Lord put somebody there this time and I was thrilled! Here's the trucks that run from Woodbine, KY Station 1.
This is the truck that spiked my interest in Woodbine. I'd always wanted a shot of this rig while Pittman Center, TN ran it. I made arrangements with my friend Zakk to shoot Pittman Center's fleet one Saturday. Well, Pittman Center sold this truck the Thursday before that Saturday. I missed it by two days! He told me it was traded into Wynn Fire Apparatus who'd sold it to Woodbine, KY. I was on the case!
