Another View of retired KCFD Truck 7
Note the model 20 Sterling Siren Light this was the common siren and warning light for all KCFD rigs in the 1940-1950's. In the 1960s KCFD added a Federal Becon Ray pipe light to this rig.
The windshield red lights are not orginal and this rig never had them. One of the many private owners took these lights off of Olathe, Kansas 1950 Seagrave Quad and placed them on this unit. I advised him it was not orginal and showed photos but he still did it and history was changed. The nose light is orginal.
