I found this picture in the village archives a few weeks ago and the historian finally scanned it and sent it to me.
It is a picture of a 1937 Packard, that served as Central Square's first rescue truck. It was donated to the department in 1953 and served untill 1963 when replaced with a little Ford Econoline van. Not the best picture of it but the only picture of it by itself that i have found. It was taken in 1955.
