I just dug out an old 6x9 manilla enveloped and discovered it contained some treasures. It is a batch of old black & white negatives taken by the late Bill Schwartz and/or the late Jim Burner. Most of the negs are of older rigs operated by Point Pleasant Beach and Point Pleasant Boro, NJ. I will attempt to scan a psot a few of them.
They are of a film type/speed unknown to me. I'm guessing that the type of camera used was a Haselblad or Leica. These negatives are of two sizes. One set is 1.75" x 1.75" and the others are approx 2.25" x 2.25".
I'm not sure how I'll do the larger negs, but the smaller ones seem to fit the slide adapter of my HP Scanjet 4070 scanner. I've tried it with a small negative. Scanned it, touched things up in Photo Elelments, and produced the image below. Might work out ok.
