Nahh I didn't, I had never heard of this type of plan. I get through San Antonio about once a month, and I admit I rarely see any patrol vehicles out on the freeways other than I-35. I was rather shocked last week when I managed to get shots of a VIA Transit car out at the truck stops on the east side of town. It's a good idea, and I like the concept, but still they gotta drive from place to place <img src='http://www.firepics.net/groupboards/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/popcorn.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='' /> Heck I'd use them for DUI enforcement. Imagine how screwed up the drunks would be if they got loaded handcuffed into the back of a "cab" <img src='http://www.firepics.net/groupboards/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/hysterical.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='' />
