Wm. Penn Fire Company Bucks County, Pa Station 77. We recently did major renovations and expansion to this facility.
1963-Original building was constructed with just two bays and an office with no bathroom.
1982- Fire in the structure set by our own member who wanted to be known as a hero for saving the firehouse and would be elected as chief. Company added a bathroom, and added a 15x15 engineers room to the rear of the structure. Door height was 10'.
2008/2009- 3 bay 70x60 addition was added 2-45' apparatus bays, and 1 60' bay. 17' ceiling, glass doors, scba room, new office, rec room, enginners room, 2nd floor ( that is why the 2 bays are 45' deep). 1 unisex bathroom, 1 male and femaile bathroom, mulitpurpose room.
